Roachco.com provides industrial HEPA filtration and hermetic sealing systems for heavy manufacturing. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, including hardware, software, and documentation.
Roachco.com supplies HEPA Z-Series Filtration Arrays, Hermetic Seal System HSS-900, and Air Quality Monitor AQM-400, along with related installation, calibration, and maintenance support. All equipment is sold subject to published specifications and performance data sheets. Custom configurations require a separate written agreement.
You must operate all equipment within the environmental limits stated in the product manual, including temperature, humidity, and particulate load. You are responsible for routine filter replacement and sensor calibration as specified in the maintenance schedule. Unauthorized modifications void all warranties.
Roachco.com’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the specific unit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including production downtime, contamination losses, or regulatory fines, even if advised of the possibility.
All firmware, software, and documentation provided with Roachco.com products are licensed, not sold. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software without prior written consent. The Roachco.com name and logo are registered trademarks.
Roachco.com may suspend or terminate access to cloud-based monitoring services if you fail to pay fees within 30 days of the due date. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for equipment already delivered. Upon termination, you must cease using any licensed software and return or destroy all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file or through a notice on our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
